OMH I’m going in a cross fit comp on Sunday with my darling lil sis Katie.
So excited!! I am gonna smash some shitz.
Never actually been to a crossfit gym before, but have done some WODs in my lil gym. 
Question - to train on Friday should I do a WOD, or some sprint training with my usualy friday upper body weights??
